Program Details…

The Tom Hesser Nissan Preferred Owner One to One Rewards Card is a loyalty program sponsored by Tom Hesser Nissan that allows owners to earn incentive points toward future service, parts and accessory purchases. Purchases include new and used vehicle sales (250 points towards the future purchase of a new or pre owned vehicle), service labor and parts/accessories from Tom Hesser Nissan up to a maximum of 250 points in any one transaction. Every one of the points earned is equal to one dollar in awards discounts. This is no cost to you. Simply swipe your card at our cashier when you pick up your vehicle and we’ll take care of the rest. With every customer pay or customer service dollar you spend in our parts/service department, we will apply 5% of your total bill (pre tax) to your Preferred Owner Card. All earned points can only be redeemed for retail purchases at Tom Hesser Nissan. Member’s point standings can be checked at Tom Hesser Nissan scan terminals or online @ www.nissanonetoonerewards.com or follow the link @ tomhessernissan.com.

The Rewards+Plus enhancement to your Tom Hesser Nissan Preferred Owner One to One Rewards Card allows members to shop online via the program website to earn additional points and provide members with retail discounts through coupon offers. Simply go to the One to One Rewards card website and click the Let’s go shop! Graphic. The website provides an up to date list of retailers who are participating in the program.

Upon receipt of the membership card/key tags (the “Card”), member agrees to be bound by the program rules, terms and conditions.

Incentives points have no cash value and can not be redeemed for cash.

Any items purchased through the Tom Hesser Nissan Preferred Owner One to One Rewards Program can not be returned for cash. All return items value will be applied to the member’s card. No exception.

Award points will expire within 24 months if the customer does not have any reported customer pay retail service, parts or vehicle sales activity.

Program point redemption is not combinable with any other discount offers.Tom Hesser Nissan reserves the right to determine redemption eligibility.

Your Rewards Card can be used for any vehicle in your household.

Award points can only be earned on cash purchases. Qualified purchases include retail parts, detail, mechanical service and maintenance and accessories. Each of these points earned is equal to one dollar in rewards discounts. You can not accrue points on new or used purchases, body shop services, wholesale parts purchases, warranty, insurance or extended warranty purchases.

Members must present a valid membership card at time of purchase in order to accumulate points.

Membership and Points may not be transferred from account to account. At no time can Members pool accumulated points to increase standings. Membership and points can not be sold, bartered, brokered or transferred for any reason including death and domestic matters. Membership and points have no cash value.

Membership is only available to customers over the age of 18. Employees of Tom Hesser Nissan are not eligible to participate in the Tom Hesser Nissan Preferred Owner One to One Rewards Program. Fleet or wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the program.
